Group Training Boca Raton

 

Our Boca Raton Group Training Programs include 2 to 8 people per class and last up to 45 minutes.

We have a variety of group training programs:

Military Basic

Every day we open the gym, we will begin with a Basic Training Workout geared toward that weeks Military Branch’s PFT (Physical Fitness Test).  A PFT from each Branch of the Military (Navy, Army, Marine, Air Force, and Coast Guard) will be conducted every Saturday and rotated on a weekly basis.  There will be a sign up sheet for the testing posted and taken down friday night, so we know ahead of time how many personnel will be participating.  Walk-ins will not be allowed!!  The Rotations will be posted quarterly on the Information board.  The PFT criteria for the upcoming week and the results from the previous week will be posted at the beginning of each week.  The alternative cardio testing that is listed for each branch will not be authorized in an effort to maintain consistency across the board and the testing is voluntary (Military members have to do it or be processed out of the military!!)  You have a choice to show up or not show up!  No-one will judge you but if you sign up for it your name will be listed!!

Combat Conditioning

This is also from several U.S. Military Training Manuals but the focus is more on preparing for the physical demands that Combat places on the body by providing a simulated training environment and exercises.  Since we don’t want to blow up vehicles or people, we use a timer, specific combat drills and a Drill Instructor to assist in ramping up your physical stress level.

This is a Combat Conditioning (CCC) course will be done once a week on Wednesday (more days may be added later).  You will be required to wear the Combat Gear provided for the courses and they are based on both Army and Marine Corp courses.  The class size for the CCC is limited to (3) people until further notice, so signing up for it ahead of time is paramount.   The CSC class size is not limited but signing up ahead of time is required.  To help cover the cost of the issued equipment and supplies a $5 fee is required for the Wednesday CCC.   Scores from the CSC will be posted weekly on the information board.

Cardio Strength Training

Our Strength and Conditioning programs are designed to improve the attributes needed to excel at a particular sport. For example, a long distance runner needs a different program than a hockey player. Your program will be designed around the needs of your sport, hobby, occupation and personal circumstances.

A well designed Strength and Conditioning program should consist of (and our program does):

-Conditioning – specific to the sport

-Agility/Speed Development

-Torso (Core) Strengthening

-Proper Mindset

-Cool Down

-Recovery

-Basic Nutrition Guidance
